Where’s Kendall?

Video by Jack Eddy and Joe Charlton

We spent a good 8 months filming this, but a big portion of the video and all the Super 8 was filmed in one month’s span when Joe and Drake were visiting in July 2019. Joe also had his HD setup along with the Super 8, so having both him and Jack getting angles made this video something special.

Filming with Jack is the best because you don’t ever have to worry about how everything is gonna turn out. It’s always gonna be amazing. He just gets it. His filming and editing has always been on point. I think all of us having a grasp of his vision and how he’s gonna portray us is the driving force of our motivation. Jack puts on for the whole crew and shit would not be the same without him.

This was the first time Joe and Jack truly collaborated on a video. The two of them working together solidified the excitement we all had for this one. Joe’s a natural and has a special eye when it comes to filming. He could be a director. Skate videos can be boring without good b-roll to look at and Joe’s Super 8 skills really tied this whole video together.

I had just bought my camera in the middle of July, so I was just stoked to take photos of everyone! We skated pretty much every day, along with showing them all of the cool shit in and around Eugene. We barbecued in front of the crib almost every day and partied almost every night. Hitting the hot springs and showing them all of the beautiful nature out here was too fun. The whole month was just so non-stop. We think this video captures all of those little moments we had together in a perfect way.
