This spot was another one that came and went. The city, as often happens, couldn’t see the fact that if a spot is hot enough, nothing else can exist there. They chose to board it up, fence it off, and jackhammer the obstacles people had built. A week later, the spot that the skaters had regulated, cleaned up, swept every day was full of needles and people sleeping there again. On to the next spot I guess.
