- 3 (8oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes
- ½ cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp cumin
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 1bsp pepper
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 chorizo sausage
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 4 gloves of garlic, minced
- 2 (15.25oz) oz cans sweet corn
- 1 (15.5oz) dark red kidney beans
- 1 (15.5oz) light red kidney beans
- Avocado
- Sour cream
- Fritos
- Place your diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth into a crock pot.
- Add in your spices and salt. Don’t be afraid to add in a lil extra of whatever you like.
- Add in minced garlic.
- Stir it up, get those spices all in the mix.
- Lightly fry your onion and jalapeno blend on a cast iron, then add to crock pot.
- Brown your sausages on cast iron, dice well, add to pot.
- Brown your ground beef, add to pot.
- Cook chili on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally, then add your kidney beans and corn.
- Cook for one more hour, then serve!
- Adding sour cream, diced avocado and Fritos as toppings are always swell.
