Daly’s Famous Chili

  • 3 (8oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1bsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp white pepper
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 chorizo sausage
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 4 gloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 (15.25oz) oz cans sweet corn
  • 1 (15.5oz) dark red kidney beans
  • 1 (15.5oz) light red kidney beans
  • Avocado
  • Sour cream
  • Fritos
  1. Place your diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth into a crock pot.
  2. Add in your spices and salt. Don’t be afraid to add in a lil extra of whatever you like.
  3. Add in minced garlic.
  4. Stir it up, get those spices all in the mix.
  5. Lightly fry your onion and jalapeno blend on a cast iron, then add to crock pot.
  6. Brown your sausages on cast iron, dice well, add to pot.
  7. Brown your ground beef, add to pot.
  8. Cook chili on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally, then add your kidney beans and corn.
  9. Cook for one more hour, then serve!
  10. Adding sour cream, diced avocado and Fritos as toppings are always swell.
  11. Enjoy!
