Buffalo Chicken Sweet Potatoes with Justin Grzechowiak

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Franks red hot sauce
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 lb boneless + skinless chicken breasts
5 small scrubbed whole sweet potatoes
Instructions:
Place the chicken in crock pot first
Drizzle 1/4 cup of Franks hot sauce + butter
Add sweet potatoes on top of the chicken
Top the ingredients with the remaining
butter + hot sauce
Cover + cook on high for 4 hours
or low for 6 hours
(until chicken is cooked
and potatoes are tender)

To finish:
Remove potatoes, set aside.
Remove chicken + shred with 2 forks
Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise
Top w/ shredded chicken
