I went down to Florida for Tampa Pro and to hang out with my old roommate who lives down there, Kevin McGovern. I skated the contest cause, fuck it, why not? If you can do it, it’s pretty fun. And then I also spent a lot of time skating spots. I grew up skating with Kevin back home in Pennsylvania. We lived together for a while and then he moved down near Tampa for a job. I just crashed with him at his house and he introduced me to a bunch of dudes down there who skate all the time, like that dude Adam, who shot the photos. -Neil
