With nothing to do with basketball or the great Michael Jordan, “23” is a local Boston video by Tim Savage. A representation of his second independent film featuring the likes of three New England shredders. Plus the video features a lot of local legends and other dudes holding it down up in the Boston area.
If you’re into plaza/inner city skating, hunting for unique looking hard to skate spots, and just plain hijinx, this video is for you.
Taking a little over 2 years to put together, thousands of miles traveled, and thankfully no serious injuries, the video premiered in Boston a few months ago. No serious injuries, but Tim did get hit by a car while filming a line for the video. Glad you’re ok dog. I’m happy to have been able to capture so much of the video, and witness the craziness. Shout out to my professors that bought all my bullshit doctors appointments, dentists appointments, and family obligations that allowed me to get out of class for a few of the tricks.
Keep an eye out for Nickodem Rudzinski, Brian Reid, and Will Mazzari. Much more to come from these dudes in the near future.
